2. Order Limits & Dispatch
- One Per Customer: Orders are strictly limited to one (1) bottle per researcher to ensure fair access to small-batch extractions.
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
3. Shipping & Delivery (Ireland Only)
- Location: We ship exclusively within the Republic of Ireland.
- Postage: Shipping is provided via An Post Standard Service. The Buyer acknowledges that this service does not include real-time tracking.
- Assumption of Risk: The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the handling of the sample. The Health Spore is not liable for samples lost or delayed by the postal service once dispatched.
4. Refunds & Replacements
- Due to the specialized nature of botanical research samples, all sales are final. If a sample arrives physically damaged, the Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement. Please contact us on hello@thehealthspore.ie and we will respond within 48 hours.
5. Age & Eligibility
- By purchasing, the Buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age and will use the sample for legitimate research purposes only.
